These terms cover this website. They do not cover the playout.pro service, which is not available yet and will carry its own agreement.

What this site is
A description of a product in development and a form for joining its waiting list. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to a feature, or a delivery date. Figures shown in the interface panels are bench data and placeholder scheduling content, not customer results.
Joining the waiting list
A place on the waiting list is not a contract and does not reserve capacity. Early access opens in stages and we choose the order. Supply accurate details — a mailbox that bounces gets removed.
The wish board
A wish you submit may be built, may be built differently, or may never be built. Statuses on the board are internal engineering states, not delivery dates. By submitting a wish you allow us to build it without owing you anything for it.
Acceptable use
Do not submit other people's personal data, confidential material belonging to your employer, or automated traffic. Forms are rate limited.
Trademarks
playout.pro and its mark belong to us. Other product names on this site — including the systems listed in the wish form — belong to their owners and are named for identification only.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for decisions taken on the strength of a pre-launch description.
