Privacy policy
playout.pro is pre-launch. This site does one thing with personal data: it records what you type into the waiting list, the wish board or the contact form, so an engineer can reply to you.

What is collected
The waiting list form records your name, work email, company name, channel name, company size and phone number. The wish form records the requirement you describe, the system you named if you chose one, and your email if you supplied one. The contact form records your name, work email, company name if you supplied one, topic and message. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored.
Why it is collected
To reply to you, to decide the order early access opens in, and to rank the wish board. Wishes go to the engineering backlog. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to an advertiser.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site is used. Both run with IP anonymisation on. They tell us which sections are read and where people stop reading. They are not linked to anything you submit through a form.
Where it is held
Form submissions are stored in Supabase. The site itself runs on Cloudflare. Both providers hold data under their own terms as processors on our behalf.
How long it is kept
Waiting list and contact records are kept until launch plus twelve months, or until you ask for them to be removed. Wishes are kept as long as the requirement is open.
Removing your data
Write to privacy@playout.pro and the record is deleted. No confirmation loop, no retention offer. You can also ask for a copy of everything held about you.
