Data processing addendum
This addendum describes how playout.pro processes personal data submitted through this website. It applies from the moment you submit a form.

Roles
For data submitted through this site, playout.pro is the controller. Supabase and Cloudflare are processors acting on our instructions. Google and Microsoft process analytics data under their own terms.
Subject matter and duration
Processing covers the storage and reading of waiting list, wish and contact submissions, for as long as stated in the privacy policy.
Categories of data
Contact details (name, work email, phone), employment context (company name, company size, channel name) and free text you choose to write.
Security
Submissions travel over TLS and are written by a server-side key that is never exposed to the browser. Row-level security is on and there is no public read path to the tables.
Sub-processors
Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (site delivery), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (usage measurement). We will list any addition here before it starts processing.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country by the sub-processors above, under the transfer mechanisms in their own agreements.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. Write to privacy@playout.pro; we act within thirty days.
